海藻糖的安全使用濃度范圍很寬泛，如

Genentech/Roche的Avastin中每100mg抗體含有240mg海藻糖，海藻糖的濃度為6%(w/v)，這個濃度在很多上市藥品中已經(jīng)得到驗證。如果制劑中同時加入一些甘露醇，海藻糖的濃度可以適當降低。以下是4ml終產(chǎn)品中的各組分的含量:

100mg抗體/蛋白

240mg海藻糖

23.2mg磷酸二氫鈉

4.8mg磷酸氫二鈉

6.4mg吐溫20

Unfortunately, this is a very narrow search within the FDA website.  Trehalose is widely used for commercial drug manufacture currently.  More than USD $20 billion in commercial drug product sales (Avastin, Herceptin, Lucentis, Advate, Adcetris, Gazyva, Blincyto) can be attributed to FDA-approved formulations that use trehalose as the excipient.  The formulations of each of these drugs are published and attached for reference.  There are a multitude of drugs in clinical stage pipelines that will be using trehalose as well.  Trehalose is GRAS and is also detailed in terms of having USP, EP, JP, China monograph (which will be formally issued very soon).  There is no issue with drug registration.

Our product code is M-132-1. Pfanstiehl does not currently hold a DMF for M-132-1 (maltose). Typically, DMFs are required for APIs and not for excipients. Technically, Maltose as an excipient doesn’t need to have a DMF. Our Maltose is high purity low endotoxin, GMP produced product. We can share all the tech documents  to convince the customer to test.
